Test Prep/ESE AM

I administered the assigned test prep and the were worked though it.  Their writing (with a few exceptions) is pitiful.  I am hopeful that they will try a little harder next week.  There were a few students who were unable to produce the assignment.  There are no  viable excuses for this, don't accept any.

Test Prep/ESE PM

I made the interlopers do the test prep as well, having made copies of the sections.  When we were finished, they continued with the packet from the day before or they read and/or caused trouble.  Most, if not all, students finished the ESE.  I made a cursory look at them when they handed them in and reading closely only those who asked me to.    For period six, we watched the last half of Star Wars A New Hope after almost all of the students had turned in their papers.

It was a long week.  It felt like babysitting more or less the whole time, but their were no major problems.
